The use of gift cards constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

• Present your gift card as payment towards your purchases and GARDENWORKS will deduct the purchase amount from the available value on the gift card.
• You may continue to use the Gift Card until the value reaches zero.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable and have no cash value, except as required by law.
• GARDENWORKS is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card.
• To check your card balance, please contact your local store. Please have your card number available located on the back of the card.
• GARDENWORKS Gift Cards never expire.
